Cypress Tree Apartments are located in the peaceful coastal village of Sabunike, near the historic town of Nin and the city of Zadar.

The house has a shared main entrance, while each apartment is situated on its own floor, providing privacy and a comfortable stay.

Our property offers a shared saltwater swimming pool, a covered outdoor BBQ area and private on-site parking for one vehicle per apartment.

Queen’s Beach, one of Croatia’s most beautiful sandy beaches, is just a 10-minute walk away and is especially suitable for families with children. Restaurants, cafés and family-friendly facilities are located nearby.

The surrounding area offers a variety of outdoor activities, including kayaking, windsurfing and cycling. It also serves as a convenient starting point for exploring national parks such as Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica and Krka.
